Returns (60 Day)
We offer a 60 day return policy When our product is returned in the original packaging. The Mylar release layer on the sticky backing of the hook cannot be disturbed, and we will refund the entire retail price of our grips (including original cost of shipping to the customer. 1st class return shipping is expected to be born by the customer, and we do not accept “postage due” returns. In order for customers to qualify for a return, they must call and obtain an RMA, or Return Material Authorization Number from us. The RMA must be conspicuously displayed on the return envelope to qualify as a bona fide return. (see return form in "my account")
In 99% of cases where an adjustment needs to be made to your order (after the fact), an accommodation is worked out to the benefit of the customer, such as an exchange. Definitely, do not hesitate to call us and we will do what we can to help with any customer satisfaction issues.
